All I want is to keep getting stronger and leaner as I age. Of course having no pain is key but come on, I'd love to add 100lbs to all my lifts and have 22" Arnold style biceps. Being strong and capable for life too, this isn't a workout for a pageant contest bodybuilding show, it's for real, hard working beef.
